hey guys, i have an explorer 31 spline axle, can i get gears and lock right from a bronco 8.8? is that all the same as far as carrier

I think you can use gears from a full size being they are both 31 spline.

All 8.8 gears are the same. As for the Lock-Right, I think so ( I don't know why they would make 2 different 31 spline applications), but I'm not positive. Check online at a place like Summit, and see if the same unit is listed for an Explorer as a Bronco.

As long as it's not a pre-'87 Bronco 8.8 with the tiny ¾" crosspin, the Lockright should fit fine in your Ex 8.8 carrier.
