code m transmission

i bought a 91 ranger, with a 4.0liter and a 4 speed with a 0verdrive(5 speed),the door code for the transmission is a m.on here it says code m is a m5OD R2 1997-99.?

Code M is the M5OD-R1

1988 & Up 4-Cylinder Rangers
1988-1992 2.9L 2WD Rangers
1991-2000 4.0L Ranger
1991 - Up 3.0L Ranger

I believe the M5OD-R2 transmission was used in full size trucks with the SBF bellhousing. Usually found behind the 4.9L and 5.0L engines.

thanks i found that.there was another place on here that said m5OD R2,97-99.i tried to find it again ,but couldn't
