I'm curious to know, too. I got pictures of the two side by side and I can't find a single difference between them.

Just buy the right ones for your vehicle.
If they're pacesetters that you're looking at, be ready to make some slight adjustments. I think I spent around 7 hours getting mine just right. It would have been nice to get JBA headers, I suspect that they would have been a lot easier due to the cost (you get what you pay for).
