Is There Any Certain Year Models As To What C4 I Need To Get, So That I Can Get The Valve Body And Bell Housing Off Of For My C5 In My 83 So I Can Install My 302? Thanks

i used the c-4 for my truck,was a 74 out of a mustang.
the rebuild kit i ordered would work on a c-5 also.
google c-5 ford trans,alot of info along with date code breakdown will show up,just surf thru some of the links.
it was a lot of help for me.
