i got a 90 bronco i think it has a dana 35 it has a manual t-case i dont know if that makes a difference. But i was wondering what would be the best way to fix this. I know replacement what be the best option. Thats what im going to do. i was wondering how much another dana 35 front end would cost me? Anybody have one, that is good that they wanna sell? I want to be able to use the 4 wheel drive its useless having 4 wheel drive and you cant use it. Also need a front driveshaft. When i bought it didnt have on it and i thought it was because of a seal or something. Didnt think it was cause of that!!!:bad:

replace the pig and try not to high center it on any more rocks. a junkyard would be your best bet for a new diff....and you might as well grab a new driveline while your there. make sure you get a pig with the same gear ratio as you have now.

depends on the junkyard. your best bet would be just to stop by and ask.

any d35 from any TTB ranger, explorer, or BII will work. you can always call ahead and ask before taking a road trip.

anything from the weak 3.27's to the rare 4.10's. there is a 3.08 ratio available too, but i dont think those went into 4x4's...at least ive never seen any.

a lift is a lot of extra work. you dont need to pull the pig to install a lift...so you arent saving yourself any work.

a d44 really isnt worth it IMO. the d35 is a plenty strong unit and with a few simple mods can be made even stronger.
