I'm about to get my 97 lowered ranger aligned, the camber is off in the front from cutting the springs a bit. So my question would be, how much have any of you paid for an alignment? (i.e. camber bushings, install all of that fun stuff) i just want to have an idea of how much money to have on hand when i get it aligned thanks

$40 to $60 (plus alignment bushings if needed $15 to $70) and be sure that they check the coils for rotation against the upper control arm (this levels the truck evenly after cutting & re--installing the springs). Drive the truck in town a few miles to get the springs seated good before bringing it to an alignment shop. Or you could use the tech library & align it urself for free:icon_hornsup:

$42 2 1/2 years ago. They called me and told me it needed adjustable camber bushings....I replied with "I put adjustable camber bushings in it a year ago"...they replaced one of them anyway, didn't change the price at all though. :icon_confused:

Sounds like they put one new adjustable c. bushing in, then decided to call you:icon_rofl: you got a new one for free:headbang: If he's got the time, learn to do the alignment & toe in himself:icon_idea:. The next time, he'll do it even faster:icon_hornsup: ain't these little critters great:icon_bounceblue:
