I know how easy it is to get attached to children. Its one thing to go your separate ways with a woman. But its different with kids. They don't get to choose. Not only is it hard on you, but I'm sure the kids don't understand whats going on.

It's really rough for a while. The worst part of my whole ordeal was that I'd see my ex's mom and she'd tell me how her twin girls would get upset and ask why I wasn't there. All you can really do is hang in there and keep your head up. Try to do something to keep your mind off of it.

my last gf didn't have kids, but I fell in love with her 3 little cousins...it took me quite a while to get the middle one to like me too, but all it took in the end was to give her a lipsmackers lol.
