My 91 Ranger 2wd currently has a 302 w/C6 set up. I have a T-5 and everything to go with it from a Mustang. My question is what slave cylinder and resivor set up do I need and what clutch pedal set. The truck was originally an auto, I think these are the only rwo things I need that I don't have.
If anyone has any info on what I need that would be great!:icon_cheers:

mustangs have a cable operated clutch setup, so how are you going to use a slave cylinder?

That's what I already know. My question is: Do I need a different clutch fork to run the hyd line and slave cyl set up? I'm sure that someone out there has used a Mustang T-5 in a ranger before and knows exactly what I need.
ANYONE:icon_twisted:???

Hardly anyone has used the cable clutch set-up in a Ranger. Many options for the external slave or even the Mcleod hydraulic throwout bearing set-up. A lot have used the '81' Nissan 280 XZ external slave, others have adapted one of the external Ranger slave cylinders.
If you already have the T-5 housing and clutch lever, no need for anything else than the external slave.
Dave - have to dig thru a lot of picture to find/show what you need. I think I bought the pedals and master cylinder for my set-up for about $40 from the local yard.
