Planning on swapping in an Explorer 8.8 and doing the 44 knuckle swap. I've located a Dana 44 TTB at a junkyard and was wondering how much of it do I need for the swap? From the spindle out or more? Want to make sure I get everything, would just buy the whole beam but no blace to keep extra stuff like that right now.

Everything with the knuckles out, including the axle stub shaft. Also try to grab the alignment cams on the top ball joint.
