got the flashing light syndrome. checked fuses as found in the forums. funny thing is i didn't have this problem until the truck sat for a few months while trans was being repaired . i tried the switch on the dash and here no relay clicking or transfer case shifting as i did before. btw it is a 1995 ext cab ranger.
found the problem....the shop that replaced the trans pulled out the t/c motor harness from the floor
