Does anyone where you can get the grommet for the PCV? Will one from another engine work? What engine? I have tried local auto parts and Ford dealers with no luck. Thanks in advance for any help!!

id suggest finding a better parts store. something that simple should be easy to match up (even if they have to sell you a grommet from a different application).

That is what I was thinking, but neither Napa or Advance had a grommet that they were willing to sell.

Measure the hole in the valve cover and the diameter of the pvc valve, with those diminsions they should be able to find you something. I went thru the same thing on my 2.8, I had to force feed them what I needed because they couldn't find it otherwise.

ive got an extra moroso........i think its the same thing.......its a plug type that you trim out the bottom to fit the pcv...................let me know if you cant find one ill mail it to ya

I used this info - that I got here a while back. Don't thank me, I'm not the original poster:

The PCV Valve grommet that I got is marketed by "HELP!" (you know, the red packs with the white letters) and the part number is (drum roll please), 42066. The package also listed a Dorman number of 495-002. (which could be available elsewhere...)

Otherwise, measure and make do - it isn't a critical part, it just has to be close to work properly.
