Yeah I got a 2.0L, I've noticed lately that it is running real doggy, and after a inspection I found my exhaust manifold is cracked, not leaking bad, truck is still fairly quiet.

So will a cracked manifold make my truck run like it has bad gas?

a cracked or leaking manifold can effect performance and/or lead to burned and pitted exhaust valves. if its a fairly small leak and your having serious performance problems, its probably not the cause though.

the crack is at the bottom of the manifold a good 12" away from the head, I'm guessing water splashed on it and cracked it.

being that far from the head...i really doubt thats your problem.

i would still get it fixed though. some JB weld will probably take care of it for a while, untill you can hit the junkyard for a replacement.
