Skyjacker 6" level 2 , Duff 5.5", but I like the Skyjacker coils better.
I have a 97 B4000 and installed a Rough Country 4 in. Actually raised 5 1/4. No problems during installation. Affordable lift. Not as fancy as some of the others, but functional.
