i am getting codes p171 and p174. from the info i get the codes are saying left and right bank lean.have changed fuel filter and maf sensor. could bad 02 sensors be setting these codes?
 
Chances are on your truck the intake gaskets are leaking there are three rubber gaskets and one long harder gasket that usually leaks

Check and clean your injectors also
