i just burned a wool dress sock, layed it out flat and lit the toe one fire

it took 16 minuets to burn to the other end

incase any one wanted to know
 
I don't know what's worse: that you tried and timed this, or that I'm actually interesting in this and want to light a sock on fire now :icon_confused:
 
yea im stuck at work on 16 hour shifts over night after the first or second one, i start getting a lil loopy, but 16 min thats crazy
 
plastic spoons burn for a surprisingly long time too. great to have if your lost in the woods and have trouble lighting your fire.
