anything can work you just have to make it.
if the hole on the stang knob is smaller than your rangers stick then you can drill the knob out for a tight fit or cut your stick down and thread it to match the stang shift.
if your stick is smaller than the hole on the stang knob you can make a bushing that is threaded on the outside that matches the stang thread.
