is anyone running solid body mounts? is it a good idea on a daily driver/weekend offroader? the stock ones in my truck are deteriorated and have all the stuff to make new ones out of some nylon.
 
Only if you have a full cage front to back. On a non caged truck your going to rip the mounts from the cab, as it's not suposed to take that much torsional stress. With the rubber mounts. Even the polly mounts are pretty stiff and I have a bagged cab mount on my truck I still have to fix.
