Just offhand, I would say the outer skin is probably something like 24 guage, rear posts, crossmembers, and sill are probably 16 guage, and the floor maybe 20-22 guage.
why are you asking? any sheetmetal will do fine as long as you aren't using thinner stuff than stock on structural repairs. if you are looking for something "sturdy" on the skin then jus get a 18 guage... can't really go too wrong there.
edit: you can always mic it when you cut to clean sheetmetal....
