steering or suspension issue

i get a dull pop or click coming from my pass front wheel. only happens when i initially back out of my driveway and im turning. somedays its more noticeable than others. i can feel the car jut or slightly move sometimes. i cannot recreate it when i want. what is going on?

I have the same noise, but I think mine is on the drivers side. Only happens when I'm making hard left turns (wheel cranked more than 100 degrees) and I can feel the body move ever so slightly from it.

My thinking is that a ball joint is bad, but the guy at the shop I go to says the clicking is more of a CV joint issue. I'll find out within the next couple of weeks when I tear it apart.
