Without seeing every receipt for the work and knowing the machine shop where the work was done, I wouldn't pay 250 for a supposedly "rebuilt" mill let alone four times that. The fact that the ad lacks pictures of the heads peaks my skepticism. 1400 bucks doesn't go a long ways in todays world of machine work.
 
I wouldn't believe much of anything. That engine has a plastic upper intake. That's 95' up....and will only work AS IS on 95' up.
