i have a 3 inch body lift and need to lift the bumpers. how should i do this?

to left your bumbper, i would assume to hit your truck in to something from the right,or if you want the clean look, have a buddy hook a chain to the left side of your bumber, rev his truck to 3,000 and dump the clutch....snicker snicker..........
you can ethier buy brackets that will lift your bumbers, or make your own if you have the skills.
Sorry I cant really help much,as I find BL's evil for what I do, but left bumpbers made me have to be a smart ass.
