So I've read different tutorials for changing my tranny fluid since this will be the first time I've done this. Are there any little tricks or tips for doing it on the 5spd Auto that sits behind a 4.0L? I already bought the filter for it but I'm just wondering how much fluid I should buy because I don't really have room to store extra. Also for the new gasket for the pan, what kind of grease should I spread on it to seal? Can i Just rub some new fluid over it with my finger? Thanks, any experience tips from y'all would be greatly appreciated.

Should take about 4-5 quarts. If you have extra, you can change the T-case fluid too. Make sure you use Mercon V, NOT regular Mercon.
