It's sort of hidden on the passenger side of the tranny, behind the factory heat shield right beside the catalytic convertors. Kinda hard to see, and to change it you pretty much have to work by "feel". Make sure the plunger is seated properly upon installation.......
A 10mm wrench and some "colorful" language should be all you need.
