1970 Mustang with a 1100 Cu in Ford gas burner from a Sherman tank (Ford GAA motor) http://forums.streetfire.net/showthread.php?t=15813 That motor swap took some work.

That's beast, completely and totally. If you watch/listen to the videos he posted of what it could sound like...it's a demon from hell. But I'd like to see it be driven or even put to full throttle. I really doubt that Mustang frame can handle the power it's going to be putting out.

Anyways, I would like to drop one in my Ranger. It's now on my Christmas wish-list.

Did Sherman tanks have such advance engines back in the 1940's? Cast aluminum blocks & DOHC?

Put still, 1100cc. A bit overkill in the displacement. It would only need two gears. Slow and hual-butt.

That would be 1100 cI. Inch. "Slow" gear goes 0-60 in negative 4 seconds. Put it in "Haul-Butt" gear and you see yourself pass yourself several times.

Its 11:12pm, caffine still refuses sleep time.
