Rattling on start-up and at high speeds

Okay so I have a 2001 Explorer XLT AWD with a 5.0L and when I start my engine up it makes a quick rattle, this noise is also heard at around 85-90MPH. I have gone through this section of the forum in search of help but have found nothing. So I decided to start a new thread. My guess is it may be some valve or rocker issues but im no car expert. Thats why I came here. Thanks!

what oil are you using and what brand oil filter?

I Have a 2002 Explorer Sport with the 4.0 V6. The engine would rattle at start up and around 1900-2100 RPM and found that the timing chain tensioner broke for the primary timing chain. Ford wanted $1800-$2000 to fix the problem but i fixed it myself for around $80.00 and some spare time in the driveway. Don't know if this will help or not?
