Well I just got home from my last final. Commencement is this Sunday. I'm graduating from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a 3.7 GPA no less. :yahoo: :headbang: :icon_hornsup:
 
Congratulations man! Well done. I'm starting the Mechanical Engineering program. Still getting the cores like multiple physics and calculus classes done. Now put those newly acquired engineering skills to use and build some badass RBVs!

Congrats! You beat me, I graduated with a 3.6 (Software Applications and Programming).

Congrats! I'm so jealous! I've got another year and a half before I get my Behavioral Neuroscience degree...and then it's off to grad school! I wish I was done!:yahoo::icon_cheers:

So sevensecondsuv, seeing as how you graduated with such a high GPA, did you manage to do it all in four years, or are you on the 5-6 year plan like I have found myself doing?
 
I'm very jealous. I'm on my third year of electrical engineering, but I probably won't finish for another 2 years. I hope I have a GPA like yours when I graduate. Right now I have a 3.1 I believe, but this semester is gonna drag it down.
 
Congrats! I am a junior electrical engineering/math/physics at Saint Vincent and Pitt. I was ecstatic to finish my finals today! You have me beat in the GPA though. COngrats again!

Lucky... I'm done the 18th with an Associates of Auto/Diesel Technology from Northwestern Ohio. Its' been 3years of all round year schooling but i'm finally almost done

Congrates on that awsome GPA beats my 3.3
 
Congrats man, I'm hoping to graduate in 3 years with my B.S. in Biology, then going to grad school after that, I've got a few more good years of school left...

Oh, and your GPA smoked mine this semester...

Actually I've already got a job lined up. On Jan. 5th I start as a mechanical design engineer at Byron Nuclear Generating Station. I've been interning there for 2.5 years so it's a natural transition.

The only student loan I have is from my first year for about 4 grand. I've been working my rear end off during summers (and the school year) and paying my way ever since. It's nice not to be graduating with a lot of debt.

And for those who asked, it took me 4.5 years.
