I know this is a simple question but i need the answer. My truck was fixed at a body shop a while back and the headlights were replaced. For some reason they arent aligned right and even in high beam they dont work too well at lighting the road so i need to know what needs to be done to align the headlights to what they are suppose to do.

Been a while since I've adjusted mine...but there should be screws either on the headlight or just on the sides of the headlights (maybe behind some of the molding around the light) that are adjuster screws. And you just adjust those by turning left or right, and they'll adjust the lights. I hope this kind of makes sense.

Just searched on Google and found that the screws are not on the light itself by on the sides of the light housing (I believe). There should be on up on top and one on each side. The top one adjusts it vertically and the other two adjust it horizontally.

The best way to adjust your lights is with the adjusting screws, But you should be facing a blank wall or a garage door so you can see how they are aimed, then go from there just adjusting and checking may take alil time but will be well worth it. Just when you do it look at them sitting inside the truck soo you can see exactly where they are hitting. Also stay back a few feet if possible soo you are getting the full beam. Good Luck.
