Got a bone-stock XL 4x4 with "Sport" package, 15-inch wheels. Getting ready to tackle ball joints and other front-end issues, and I was underneath, scoping things out, and trying to get in the mood, lol.
Anyway, I noticed my rubber bump-stops, on the frame cross-member (which determine when you "bottom out", right?), are less than an inch from the lower control arms... and I haven't been off-roading for a LONG time... and I'm thinking "I don't remember what that gap was when new, but that's not a lot of wheel travel there..."
SO... time for a click or three on the torsion bars? New shocks too?
