I need to adjust the headlights on my Ranger but ran into a problem. It appears that someone in the past rounded the ends of 2 of 4 of the adjusters (both of the bottom ones which area harder to get to).

I am picky and would prefer to replace these pieces, but i'd like a "heads up" with what to expect with this. I also need to see how to take this stuff apart (i'm very mechanically inclined, but I want this as a "map", to plan what I can before taking on the job).

If anyone has what i'm after, along with any additional pictures (personal digicam pics etc) i'd greatly appreciate anything I can get my hands on.

Thanks!

I hate to tell you but I think you'd have to replace the entire light.

It is quite a crappy setup. :icon_confused:

i think the bottom ones are round because they don't get adjusted. i replaced my headlights with clear ones and noticed this when i removed the stockers. you can't possibly adjust them anyway (the bottom adjusters) without taking them off because, like you said, they're impossible to get a wrench on.
