Squealing noise right front wheel well

when I drive my 99 ranger 4.0 ext cab 4x4 I am now hearing a squeeling noise from the front right wheel well side any ideas it does this at all speeds
 
All the time or just while moving or just while braking?

Squeals are usually engine accessories or a worn serpentine belt or tensioner, but there are a few other things it could be. They are usually related to engine RPM and load on the component in question.
