My name is Francis. 23 years old, currently active duty US army stationed at Fort Meade. I'm a nebraska native, this is my first time ever being on the east coast. I'm a huge gear head, all ways had my hands in a bunch of different mustangs and motorcycles. Recently purchased a 1990 Ford Ranger 2wd reg cab, with plans to one day do a 2.3turbo motor swap and have a nice parts hauler.

Ya, i traded a honda civic for it. I had about $700 in the honda, so it was a pretty good deal IMO. the truck needed a few things... as you can see in the pics, the exhaust was rotted out, I bought a piece of pipe at Advanced Auto and welded it in myself, so that was fixed for $12. The truck had a new fuel pump put in by the previous owner and they fubared the filler neck. I grabbed a filler neck from a bronco II at the local u-pull-it lot for $10 and it fit perfect. I've got a friend bringing me a set of mustang 17" tri-bar wheels from back home at the end of December, and they'll be going straight on the truck. Last little thing I need to do is pick up a tail gate, they have them at the u-pull-it lot for $35 but i've been broke, so just taking it one thing at a time. Trying to find a complete 2.3turbo drivetrain locally and want to swap it in here.
