can a throttle body spacer for a newer vulcan 3.0 fit a 1991 vulcan 3.0?

if not, it can be made to fit. one of the engines uses larger bolts to hold the plenum on...but i dont remember if its the newer intake or the older intake that uses larger bolts.
but dont expect anything out of a throttle body spacer other than noise.
