Seen some w/ slide in cab over campers. I wouldnt want to drive one, seems like a job for a f250.
There was one posted on the old forums right before it all went down.
They were kind of like a Toyota Dolphin... I even think the one that was posted was a diesel as well. Would be cool, though getting parts would suck.
