i would look for another method, i had daystar spacers on my 83 and my 94 and over time the front end started to sag and i needed to re-align so i didn't wear out tires. i lost about an inch of lift in a year so i went with metal spacers and now its good. i have no experience with these newer spacers, but i would imagine they are the same style.

good luck

You would get more sustained lift from metal spacers. There is a section in the Tech Library on F-150 factory spacers(if your dealer can get them). Also, I have seen guys stacking washers to get 2". I am still looking for a good place to find huge washers myself.
