Sorry, but not without a bit of work (even then I'm not sure if it will work).
The means by which the computer shifts/ controls the A4LD is different than that of the 4R44E. The 4R44E, if I'm not mistaken is completely electronicaly contorled, and the a4ld is only partially ectronicaly controled.
I may be wrong about that whole control thing, but I know it will NOT be bolt in and go.
