aode shifter

does n e one know if i can use a aod floor shifter for a aode tranny. i can only find 1 for an aode and its quite pricee. all the aod shifters are alot cheaper.

I should connect but I belive you will still need a switch for the "E" part of that trans. if it is the one I'm thinking of the overdrive is turned on and off by the switch.
and you may have problems aligning the shifter positions to the trans positions.
keep in mind that all of this is just a guess.
