I would re-gear, especially since you have an auto...

i ran 33's on my 94 4.0l 5spd with 3.27 gears for 2 years, it was ok, but now with 3.73's it kicks $ss!! and my friend and I build a exploder w/auto trans and stock gears, and we ran 38's, but the trans was beefed up to handle towing heavy loads before we got it.

i would re-gear if your gonna use it for anything more than mall crawling.
