:headbang:88 BII 2wd 2.9 5 speed! Im buying this truck for less then the price of 1 rim on my ranger, they say it makes a grinding noise when you start it and the clutch dont work...so it may need a flywheel and a clutch :icon_confused: but its got new paint and new wheels and tires...so does anyone think $150 is a good deal??? LMAO :headbang::headbang:
 
good deal I miss my 88, when it warmed up it would top out at 25mph, but everything worked on it, wish I still had it
 
it wasn't a rocket but when it ran good it moved good, but mine was a auto with 200k on it, I could keep up with my friends grand am, but then again it is a truck not a racer. but still for a couple of hundred you can't go wrong
 
i gotta clean a spot out in the barn before i get it, so i figure by a week from thursday it will be in the driveway...dudeman says it gets 25mpg, so it looks like ill be drivin it seein as the ranger has NO ROOM in the cab lol
 
No, that would be 84-85, when they had the 2.8 Carbed motor.

88 will have the 2.9, but, it will have the Dana28..

no it wont, he said its a 2wd, and ya the 2.8s are turds, but they get the job done
