Hey guys,
This has probably been asked before but a forum search didn't yield any answers.
Are there any proper spring type hood hinges that will bolt up and replace that crappy prop rod setup? The hood on my donor vehicle, which I want to use as it is rust free, is actually bent in that area.
Any Ranger years or models have a decent set of hinges? Or has anyone found some from any kind of vehicle that will work?
I have a 3" body lift and no A/C so clearance is not a problem.
I'd rather not use those hydraulic types either, as they always fail over time.
I'll appreciate any help anyone can give.
