86 ranger brakes not working

i recently put power brakes on my 86 ranger and through bleeding them and adjusting the brake booster i cant seem to get the brakes to work any one have any ideas on what this could be?

by not working do you mean the pedal is soft and goes right to the floor or that the pedal is hard (no brake boost)?
im assuming you replaced the master cylinder when you added the brake booster, right? are these parts new or junkyard?
