Gas Power Winch

I've seen them. Pretty weak for the price. And I just assume that given that an electric motor has maximum torque at zero rpm and a 2-stroke gas motor has maximum torque at a zillion rpm the electric is better suited for a winch. But I've never used one or heard of anyone that had.

Mine was free.It worked Great yesterday when i was cutting wood. I pulled the Ranger full of split stacked wood and a 4 X 8 trailer with split wood out with it. I doubled it back but it has never failed me yet.
