cheaper lower or higher

just wondering if it is cheaper to lower your truck and put some nice low pro tires on it or jack it up and put on some swampers?

to do it right, most likley jacking it up is cheaper, especially if the truck in question is 4wd

I think lifting is cheaper. I guess it all depends on how you did it. Like air bags and a SAS are both kinda expensive....well at least for a 17yr old
