I am considering the installation of a Warn Trans4mer Brush guard and winch carrier on my 2005 FX4 ranger. Does anyone have any experience or reviews of this product or setup? ALSO, according to Warn’s website, the brush guard will only fit rangers manufactured from 1998-2003, although Truck Supply and Outfitters (a local 4x4 shop which sells and installs brush guards, lift kits, tool boxes, etc) said it would fit my truck, but would require some modifications for extra $$$$. What is difference between my 2005 and a 2003? What modifications would be necessary? If I purchase this setup, I plan to install it myself.
