Adding factory fog lamps

I recently picked up an '04 without the factory fogs and I'd like to add them. It looks like the pigtails are already there, so I could just get the brackets/bulbs from LMC. I'm not sure about the switch though. Where is it normally located? I don't see any blanks on the dash.

the switch is in the radio bezel. You should be able to buy a used bezel with all the switches for about $20; I may have one.

The wiring is probably already in the truck.

i just did this mod- i got a used bezel with the factory fog light button and the OEM lights. also needed a relay for the box under the hood, but it all hooked up real easy.

I do have a bezel if you are interested; $25 + shipping. It has the 4wd switch and the fig light switch.
