My credo
If you can't go through it or around it, then go over it.
on Saturday 8 nov 8 I will be giving my employee the choice of going employee owned. that way I am no longer responsible and no body loses their job. I keep 20% of the stock, my partner keeps 20%, and the employees get to split 60% and make all the decisions. I get to do waht I originally inteded to do, which was run it for a few years and then let somebody else run it while I pursued other interests. If they don't want to go employee owned (after this accident mess is straightened out) then I will find them other jobs and just go to 1 truck and the freight broker service and the road service.

Very interesting.

I have a buddy who currently works for a cinstruction company that is employee owned, he loves it, his only real complaint is that he thinks it takes a little longer to accomplish some changes.

we voted on it today and we are going employee owned the first of the year. now I have to figure out the legalities of it.

We got these discount gas stations around here, Huck's stores, that are employee owned. The employees seem to do fine, but I hate the GIMMICKS they play, and generally the low quality gas they sell.
