depends on what you have now. If your aligned with 0* bushing or something close to it then you could prolly do it with the skyjacker combo 4* deals. if you already have some bushing in there then your s-o-l

Putting in the 3" lift coil will change your alignment, but you can simply take it to an alignment shop and have them align it for you again. It will most likely only change your camber, if you dont mess up your tow while installing the coils.
