New Leaf Springs?

I need new leaf springs for my 97 ranger, it has long travel suspension all around. i wanna know what would be the best brand and type of leaf springs i should get. Also, are they easy to switch out by yourself, or am i better off taking them to a garage?

look into giant or deaver for a rear spring set-up..not very hard to install if you have had a bit of experience...what do you have on their now??

i'd have to look at them when i get my truck back. i didnt build the truck myself, it was already a pre-runner when i bought it.
