so many questions

going carb 302, what would the best transmission be, what would be the best rear end, what should i do about suspension, should i convert the brakes to discs out rear, should i do anything else? HELP!

well i plan on making it a street truck, so i was thinkin maybe a custom 4-link but idk

Best transmission or easiest? Best rearend? The one you've got now, till if and when the V8 trashes it. Suspension? Nothing to be done there, maybe swap the front springs for a set for an Explorer with a 4.0 and HD A/C. Leave the brakes on the rear alone too, till if and when you do a rearend swap.
