How do I bleed the clutch master cylinder on an 05

I searched for this but only found info for older models. I am repairing a damaged 05 4 cyl -5 speed truck and have replaced the clutch master cylinder. I filled the resivor and since I didn't see a bleeder valve anywhere, I simply pumped the pedal a number of times. No clutch slave cylinder movement and the resivor level hasn't gone down.
How do I bleed this thing!?

There is a bleeder on the slave, it's above the clutch line.

I should have mentioned. I do know where that slave cylinder bleeder is located but a Ford dealer mechanic friend told me to not bleed it there. At the time I didn't ask him why. Any ideas?

That's the only place you can bleed it!

Sounds like you've got a pocket of air in the bottom of the master. You may have to unbolt it from the firewall and pull it away far enough to invert it. Run a bleed hose from the slave bleed valve into the reservoir, then pump the piston until the line moves clear. Once you've got it off the firewall, the bleeding process shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Close the valve, bolt everything back up, and drive away.

the ford procedure for bleeding a master on the vehicle is to remove the quick connect line from the slave. Push in the valve on the line and have a friend slowly depress the clutch pedal. Do this 4 times. Attach to the slave, pump the pedal 10 times and wait 3 min. Repeat the pump and wait 3 times. Bleed the slave as normal. If problems persist repeat procedure. Of course keep the the system full of fluild during all steps.
