After I installed the kit on my 2005 Ranger I found that the daytime lights run off the low beam on this truck and now with my lights off I get the hid lights flickering because daytime running lights is only about 8 volts. How do I dissable daytime running lights? There is no fuse. Is there a box to unplug somewhere?

Does anyone know where the DRL resistor is? I'm thinking if I unplug that I will be fine but I can't find it on this truck.

If you can't go through it or around it, then go over it.

HID's are not designed to run on a DRL vehicle...

nope, you either need them turned off (because of multi-plexing and shit I don't have a firm grasp on) or clip em. run your power for your HIDs from the battery with a solenoid to turn them on and off (wire your solenoid from your headlight switch.
